- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Accountant, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of various tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.
Vendor and Client Relations:
- Process vendor invoices, track accounts payable, and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in client invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and resolve payment discrepancies.
Payroll Processing:
- Process employee payroll accurately and ensure adherence to statutory deductions and benefits.
- Maintain employee payroll records and facilitate timely disbursements.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare insightful financial reports for management review.
Audit and Compliance:
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Uphold compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Financial Software Expertise:
- Proficiently use accounting software and tools to manage financial transactions and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data exchange and reporting.
