ASSESSMENT PHASE

DISCOVERY PHASE

In the Discovery phase, we will meet with key business process stakeholders across all businesses and locations to understand the processes they handle, their unique challenges and the ways that the present solution is handling their concerns. Typical solutions would include use of native capabilities and/or technology, use of personalization, use of custom components, use of reports and/or use of multiple applications to achieve the expected resolution to a business challenge.

This is typically conducted via interviews with the business process sponsors, users, and IT support staff. In addition to discovering all the known issues, the team also works with the appropriate client staff to identify and redefine business processes that may be creating challenges. We review core setups and setup blocks like Chart of Account (COA), manufacturing setups, Supply Chain setups and other functional area specific setups, as applicable, to identify the mapping with the business objectives. 

A detailed discovery phase will ensure that all business areas and process owners are involved to identify mission critical issues that require immediate resolution to ensure return on investment.
